HOW DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS?
All major credit cards are accepted and corporate accounts are available.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY PROM?
Prom season is very short and there is usually more than one school having a prom on the same weekend so as soon as you know the date of your prom you will want to book your limousine. Limousines for proms are historically completely booked by the beginning of March.
CAN I PAY CASH FOR THE TRIP?
Cash is always accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Normal reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of pick-up will be refunded the schedule fee. The full fare will be charged for cancellations where the 72 hour notice was not given for normal reservations. Proms, holidays, special events and heavy travel seasons will not be refunded. Please check with your reservation specialist prior to booking to ensure you fully understand NO REFUNDS will be given during the heavy travel seasons. No-shows at the time and location of scheduled pick up will be charged full fare.

Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe, Peoria, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Sedona, Cave Creek, Goodyear, Buckeye, Avondale, Anthem, Fountain Hills, Las Vegas and Palm Springs.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
All deposits are NON refundable. Cancellations must be made by phone (480) 812-2222. We require a 6 hour notice to cancel reservations requesting Sedans, SUV's and Vans. We require a 48 hour notice to cancel Stretch Limousines, Mini Coaches and Motor Coaches. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. There is a 7.00 charge for each broken glass. Drug use is prohibited by law. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Any fines obtained during service will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Wait time is $1 per minute. The rate is subject to change based on any services that you specifically request such as Meet and Greet, wait time, stops, parking, and any miscellaneous fees that may apply. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
